Monarda Meditations

Mindful Mediations, Meaningful Solutions.

At Monarda Mediations, we are dedicated to fostering resolution and providing holistic care.

Why Use Mediation?

Mediation: A Cost-Effective, Child-Focused Solution

Mediation offers a neutral and empowering approach to resolving disputes faster than going to court. Once an agreement is reached, it can be implemented immediately, without the long wait for court orders.

As impartial mediators, we understand that you are the experts in your family, and our job is to facilitate and support conversations that focus on the best interests of your children, ensuring their needs come first.

Take Control of Your Family’s Future

While Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) is voluntary, it’s also an essential part of the Family Law process.

Before you can apply to Family Court, you need a section 60I certificate, which can only be issued by an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP).

At Monarda Meditations, we can guide you through this process, but it’s important to understand that court isn’t always the best solution. While court may be the outcome for some families, going through court means handing over decisions about your children to a stranger.
Think of us as offering you a “golden ticket” – except in this case, the chocolate factory may not be what you imagined.
