With over a decade in the Family Law industry, we recognise that engaging in Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) is naturally daunting and full of big emotions. With this in mind, we’ve built a space that offers a suite of FDR services that are accessible, affordable and understanding.
Monarda realises how stressful this time can be, and have designed our model to reach a resolution as quickly as possible.
All Mediators are accredited under the Attorney General’s Department, to assess needs, support families and issue Section 60i Certificates to progress to court.
We operate Australia Wide and we also offer outside of business hours appointments via Teams, Phone and in-person because, where else would you rather have these conversations than in your comfort zone?
