Child Inclusive Package

At Monarda Mediations, our Child Inclusive Package ensures that the voice of your child is heard and considered in the family dispute resolution process. We understand that your child’s well-being is paramount, and this package is designed to prioritize their wishes and desires while helping you make informed decisions about their future.

Our Child Inclusive Package includes the following:

• A one-hour child consultation session per child which is conducted by a trained Child Consultant who meets with your child individually to gather their views in a safe, supportive environment*
• One-hour Individual Parent Feedback sessions per parent where the consultant and mediator provides feedback to you and the other parent, ensuring that your child’s voice is meaningfully integrated into the mediation.

Please note that opting for the Child Inclusive Process is subject to a suitability assessment. This is to ensure that the process is appropriate and beneficial for your child.

Recent legislative changes to the Family Law Act 1975 emphasise the need for children to have their voices heard in decisions that affect them, aligning with our commitment to child-focused mediation. At Monarda Mediations, we help you navigate these changes, ensuring that the child’s welfare is always at the forefront of the process.
