Monarda Mediations’ Property FDR Package offers a streamlined process for resolving property disputes during separation. The process begins with a one-hour initial appointment session for each parent, where we collect details about assets, liabilities, and superannuation. This information is compiled into a spreadsheet that both parties can take home,.

The package includes a four-hour Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) session which will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless otherwise requested. During this session our experienced practitioners guide both parties through the negotiation, using the spreadsheet to explore fair solutions for dividing the property pool.

If an agreement is reached, we draft a Heads of Agreement documenting the settlement terms at no extra cost however should you seek to file your agreement, we also offer an additional legal drafting services to assist with Consent Order applications for an additional fee.
