Parental Coordination
A child-focused process to help separated parents manage conflict.
Parental Coordination
Parental Coordination (PC) is a child-focused process tailored for separated parents who need support to navigate conflict and communication.
It aims to reduce daily disputes, safeguard children, and establish effective systems for following Court Orders and implementing parenting agreements.
Essentially, PC is aftercare, post agreements or Orders.

Our Process
The Parental Coordination Process is designed to support separated parents in managing co-parenting challenges. It begins with an initial consultation, where we outline how coordination can benefit your family.
Next, we gather all necessary documents and consents to understand the family dynamic, followed by individual intake sessions for each parent to discuss their perspectives and goals.
A joint session is then conducted to address key issues, with final agreements drafted and shared within 24 hours. To ensure continued progress, regular joint sessions are scheduled monthly or bi-monthly, with additional one-on-one support available as needed.
Unlike Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), these sessions are not confidential.
